Subscribe to your training schedule on Apple Calendar. Calendar updates appear automatically when the published feed changes.

Subscribe in Apple CalendarThe test button downloads an editable event for about 70 minutes from now, with an alert 1 hour before. Add it to your iCloud calendar to test iPhone notifications. This tests imported event alerts, not subscription alerts.
The subscribed feed also includes a one-time Subscription Alert Test event on October 22 at 9 PM Central, with alerts 1 day and 1 hour before. Apple may refresh subscriptions late or ignore feed alerts.
If the button doesn't open Calendar, go to iPhone Settings → Apps → Calendar → Calendar Accounts → Add Account → Add Subscribed Calendar, then paste the copied HTTPS link.
Keep this link private. Anyone with it can read the calendar.
